| Sheamus Considine |

Sheamus graduated from University College Limerick with a primary degree in Business Studies, he also has an MBA from University College Galway. At INSEAD, France, he completed studies in the Strategic Advance Management Programme. He has worked in senior management positions for several American multinational firms including General Electric, Varian Associates, Digital Equipment and Kao Infosystems. As part of these duties, Sheamus worked for extended periods in the US and returned from a three-year assignment in Boston and Seattle to join Amrop Strategis in 1999.
He has completed recruitment projects across several sectors including Public Bodies, Education, Health and Technology placing senior executives with several leading Irish and multinational organisations. |

| Damian Ringwood |

Damian holds a first class Masters in Business Strategy and BSc. in Management from Trinity College.
He began his career with the Smurfit Group graduate programme in the Netherlands where he became Head of Quality Assurance. Damian has extensive experience in the provision of management consultancy services to clients. He has previously held senior positions with Ernst & Young (Executive Consultant) in London, Prospectus Strategy Consultants (Director) and BearingPoint (Managing Director) in Dublin.
He has delivered major strategic change with blue chip clients covering all major sectors. In particular, his major competencies include strategy, managing change, M&A integration and organisational development. More recently Damian served as the first CEO of one of Ireland's accountancy bodies. He has served on a number of Boards and is currently a Non-Executive Director of a successful services firm. |

| Ray Carolan |

Ray graduated from Trinity College Dublin and after spending his early career in retail management he subsequently joined a specialist IT recruitment consultancy. He first moved into executive search in 1988 in what was at the time one of Ireland's leading search practices. He was a founder director of a specialist recruitment business in 1992 and sold his shareholding in this business in 1997 to join KPMG. He spent eleven years in KPMG as Director - Executive Search undertaking senior management and Board level search assignments.
Ray has over twenty years experience in executive search in Ireland and has worked across a broad spectrum of industry sectors. In latter years he has particularly focused on privately owned Irish businesses, the private equity sector and financial services. |

| Mark O'Donnell |

Mark has an Honours degree in HRM and Accountancy while also holding Diploma's in Coaching, Learning and Development and Workplace Psychology. Mark began his career as a HR generalist and Organisation Development Specialist with an Investment Bank in Sydney and London. Upon returning to Ireland Mark joined KPMG as Manager in their Executive Search and Selection practice. In 2004 Mark joined Deloitte where he was practice leader for the Human Capital Consulting Division which encompassed executive search and talent management.
Mark has worked with clients both Nationally and Internationally assisting them with their senior recruitment needs as well as providing assessment and development services to their senior teams. |

| Siobhan Walsh |

Siobhan has a BA degree in History of Art and Italian from University College Dublin. Siobhan leads the research function in Amrop Strategis, co-ordinating the efforts of our researchers. She personally manages a wide range of international assignments across a broad spectrum of industries and functions. Recently she has worked with clients in building products manufacturing, telecoms, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and professional services sectors.
Siobhan joined Amrop in 1991 and progressed to Head of Research in 1998 and was promoted to Research Director in 2006. She acted as a committee member on The Amrop Strategis Research Group 2001-2003 and maintains strong links within the global research community.

| Helen Thomas |

Helen joined Amrop Strategis in 2011 as a Research Consultant working to appoint Board Level Executives across the Private and Public sectors.
Helen began her career in Search as a Researcher at Odgers, Ray and Berndtson in London. There she worked on Chief Executive, Board and Chair appointments across Central Government, the Arts, Charities, Health and Education as well as senior level appointments in the Private Sector. During her time at Odgers, Helen set up and led Odgers’ CSR Team and was a member of the Diversity Council. Before joining Amrop Strategis, Helen was an Independent Executive Search Research Consultant working across the UK and Irish Markets in both the Private and Public Sectors.
Before entering Search, Helen worked in the wine trade for Louis Latour Ltd, the UK subsidiary of Maison Louis Latour in Burgundy, before working for HarrisonParrott, the international Artist Management Company, where she managed the global careers of world famous classical musicians. Outside work Helen sings professionally and is a member of Christ Church Cathedral Choir in Dublin. |

Niamh holds an LL.B (Hons) in Law and European Studies from the University of Limerick. She trained as a Solicitor with a large practice in Limerick city where she qualified in 2010. During her time she advised on all areas of law in particular property law and litigation. Niamh began her career in search in 2011 when she joined Amrop Strategis as a Researcher working to appoint Board Level Executives across the Private and Public sectors. She works across a broad spectrum of industry sectors including fmcg, the private equity sector and financial services. |

| Karl Croke |

Karl was the Managing Partner of Amrop Ireland and now has EMEA responsibilities on behalf of the Amrop Group. He has a primary Commerce Degree and MBA from the University College Galway. He holds a Diploma M.I.S. from the IMI and has completed Columbia Business School’s Advanced Strategy Programme. Karl served with the Irish Army reaching the rank of Captain and has subsequently worked for Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) as a Business Manager in Ireland and the United States. He has worked widely in the US and Continental Europe and sits on the Board of Directors of a number of Irish Companies. |
