Helen Thomas

Helen is a Research Principal at Amrop in Ireland. She works to identify and appoint Board Level executives and Heads of Function across the Private and Public sectors.

Helen has 10 years’ experience of managing international executive search assignments for a cross section of FTSE and ISEQ quoted companies as well as supporting the Central Government and Arts sectors in the UK.

Helen began her career in Search in London with Odgers, Ray and Berndtson where she supported Chief Executive, Board and Chair appointments across Central Government, the Arts, Charities, Health and Education as well as senior level appointments in the private sector. During her time at Odgers, Helen set up and led Odgers’ CSR Team and was a member of their Diversity Council which was chaired by Virginia Bottomley.

Helen graduated from the University of East Anglia with a 2:1 (Hons) degree in History. Helen sings professionally and is a member of the choir of Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin.
